Chefs Kurt Bomberger and Crista Trovato bring over thirty five years of experience to their latest venture – The Belford Bistro.  This husband and wife team met while working at Windows on the World and have worked at host of Manhattan’s finest restaurants. 

Kurt and Crista have returned to the Jersey Shore and created a unique menu of New American Cuisine for The Belford Bistro.  Their signature dishes, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients, are complemented by Daily Specials, and the result is a true culinary delight.  One taste of the food, and it obvious that Kurt and Crista’s passion for cooking is matched only by their talent.

 

The Belford Bistro serves lunch and dinner every weekday except Tuesday, opens for dinner on Saturday and Sunday, and now features a Sunday Brunch.  The Bistro is also available for private parties and is an ideal location for your next affair.
